ECN Online Symposium on AMD
We are pleased to announce the inaugural ECN Online Symposium, organised under the banner of our newly established ‘Complement Forum.’ This symposium marks the beginning of an exciting platform for fostering discussions and collaboration among researchers and clinicians interested in the complement cascade.
This first event will focus on Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), a field where complement biology continues to drive both basic and translational research. While complement-targeted therapeutics are now in clinical use for several diseases, AMD remains a condition where significant challenges and opportunities persist.
The symposium is scheduled for Thursday, 27th February 2025 (15:00 CET - 09:00 EST).
We warmly invite ECN members and others with an interest in complement biology and AMD to join us. Registration is required. Upon registration, participants will receive the event link via email.
For registration please fill out the form below. Upon registration, a confirmation email with the access details will be sent to you. Please note that the event will be recorded, but access to the recording will be limited to ECN members for up to two weeks following the event.
